Tools for keyword analysis - identify and score SERPs ?

Here's what I need to do. I need to get a list of the top 1000 sites listed on a particular search phrase on Google and then analyze each domain found - backlinks, page rank, domain age.
And yes, I do need to go 1000 deep. Please, no comments that only the top 10/20/50 matter. We have specific reasons.
What tools would you suggest for this?
