Trying out MNF and found a keyword phrase with about 2k search count, 6k Exact Phrase Count and 1 SOC (green).
All domains are available.

Is it worth it?
Thanks

Certainly worth the money for a domain, the search count for lower search volumes is slightly more inaccurate then for higher ones, but keep in mind that even $20 a year on $10 cost means 100% ROI...you just have to scale up the number of sites

Not sure I know what you mean. So those stats look good and worth it? It means I should be able to rank #1 (maybe) since the exact match is the domain and competition is like nothing? Not sure what you mean about $20 a year

The next step of your treasure is check that keyword at google manually to make sure the exact search count and the competition level is like MNF result. If all the parameter is right, just go with the domain, because I'm sure you can gain the first position and sure you can make a lot of traffic. Good luck mate

Why would you think the keyword is not worth it? I'm just curious.

What is the MOB and more importantly, the commercial intent? Are people looking to buy or are they just tire kickers?

      The MOB is 0
Google keywords shows the count a bit higher. The #1 spot is a PR8 site, but the keywords are not part of the title

Ok, MOB is good. And intent? That is a measure of how motivated they are to make a purchase.

Well the Intentent is down for MNF right now.
I was thinking just informational and the CPC is $1.47

So should go for it huh

Yeah, I was going to repost. OCI has been down for at least a week. Use your judgment then, you certainly can rank it. The question only you can answer is whether it's something people would be motivated to buy once they get to your site, or at least to click through the Adsense for more info? Might just be a good project for practice too.

Great thanks, last question, if the Exact phrase for this other keyword is 100k and the search count is 2k, and SOC is Green "0" and MOB is "0", does the high 100k Exact Phrase count may make it harder?

    Thanks

Possibly. You went and Googled the exact phrase, right? Even more important is the strength of your competition. I have had all yellows across the board and a fair amount of reason not to take a domain, only to Google the term and find the top ten weren't related to the phrase at all. Now, one could argue that they still indeed rank, but because they aren't relevant, what are the odds that traffic will click through? Careful with the MOB, the past couple of days mine have all been "0". Not possible.
