Optimizing domain name?

I am about to start a new site and I would like to optimize the domain name for 2 keywords.
Is it better for SEO to set up the domain like this:
keyword1keyword2,
or to have the keywords seperated by a dash like this:
keyword1-keyword2 ?

Thanks in advance!

PS: Unfortunately I cannot use www before, and .com after the keywords, because the forum does not allow me to post it, as they suspect I am using the forum for backlinking.

    No dashes, the search engines are smart enough to know which keywords are within the domain without the domains.

    As long as you have a domain name with the keywords in it and the on-site seo is good, google should be able to find your pages

    For SEO purposes, having dashes or no dashes will be equal.

    For branding, marketing, resale value purposes, having no dashes could be a benefit.

    I agree that dashes are okay for SEO purposes but it's better to go without them if you expect a lot of type in traffic.

    I never use dashes. SE's are smart enough now to sort out the keywords. (For the most part.) Plus, you'll lose some type-in traffic.
