Friends! Can you tell me the shortest method to optimize a video in YouTube? I really need some ideas from you all.

1)Borrow key phrases from the AutoComplete suggestions.
2) use youtube keyword tool https://ads.youtube.com/keyword_tool
3) Use all your free space for title, description, tags.
Title ~100 symbols. Description ~ not more than 5000, tags ~ 120.

I think to get a lot of views you need a good title and a good picture, thats it.

Great question!

1. Pick 3 main keywords that get alot of traffic in youtube and google... (check to see if the keyword has a video marker in google also)
2. Make the title, tags and description all match... meaning that you put your keywords in all 3.
3. Fill up all the tags and write a description of 500 words at least using those tags in the description
4. Make your title a question so that people will be intrigued
5. Try to get a woman as your thumbnail or an interesting pic... this is hard to do if neither are in your video
6. start getting backlinks to the video
7. use your video as a video response on other popular videos in your niche.
