I haven't used either. I've just looked at their sales pages and read some info about them.

It seems SENukeX does a lot more (and costs a lot more). And it also seems SENukeX also has an article marketing component?

So if SENukeX has an article marketing component, would there be any value in getting AMR too if I sign up for SENukeX? ... Does AMR submit to a lot more article directories or something?

SENuke X focuses on high PR article sites only, maybe a few dozen. But you're paying for the "complete package" since it does a lot of other stuff.

AMR does a lot of high PR article sites, but also does a ton of the low PR ones. It focuses on article sites and wordpress sites that follow specific platforms so you can find and add your own, or create your own and manage it with AMR. It's pretty amazing for a one time fee.

I would say yes, you could still benefit from AMR.

The obvious difference between the 2 is that SENX submits articles, press releases, profile links, web 2.0 sites, and a few others whereas AMR only submits articles.

As for articles... SENX only to a limited number of directories that it submits to... whereas AMR has over 4,000 directories.

You also must decide whether you're ready to pay 147/month for SENX, or pay the 1-time fee for AMR, which is 70-something bucks (can't remember).

I own both, and I use both. I don't use SENX to submit articles, but I use the other modules.

There's a trial for both of the apps... signup to both and give them both a try. The trial for AMR only has a small number of directories, but the full version has a very long list that it submits to (alot of the directories are low PR).

    Hope that helps.

I myself have use SENuke X, and after getting the trial at launch it pretty much paid for itself. I got the chance to get it's lifetime license.
It's pretty much the only Automated software I'd recommend, but AMR seems to be pretty solid.
As Droopy said, AMR is superior in Articles, so you can consider that if you wanna go with one. But you can also consider, the scheduling in SENuke X, the Indexer Module to get your links indexed quick, and Forum submission.
Take a look at how both do their stuff and make a decision.
    Also remember,
    Quality over Quantity

    Cheers.

    • For me the trick with AMR is getting your links indexed. I've found that only about 5% of my links are actually found by Google. At the moment I am trying out an indexing service which is dirt cheap considering it claims around 80% index rate.

If I can feed my AMR links to them each month and get most of them indexed, it will boost the value of AMR tenfold.

Senuke underground, is a pretty good training. It's easy to understand, and incredibly cheap for $5 a month. i think it's better than paying a one time fee. And it's updated every month, so you it keeps you informed on what's working now, and they do live case studies too. SEnuke X Training & Tutorial Videos

I have both software also. SenukeX is great in most link building aspects and AMR is great in articles only.

  • Its like others have said if you want to do article submission then AMR is defo the best tool to use as it just for article directories, if you want to do a little bit of everything then Senuke X is the way to go??

I do know though AMR offers free 5 days trial so why not give it a go and see what the results are!!

AMR is excellent for article submission, and if you are only interested in building links with article sites then AMR is worth getting. The few (about 20) sites that SENUKE submits articles to can be done manually. In fact, you'll probably get a better success rate doing this. But as an all-rounder it is the best I have tried.

So why would I want to use one of these softwares versus just submitting it myself -- does it take longer to do it myself.

SenukeX and AMR is only as good as the user who use it.

AMR boasts ~9k directories but the max you are able to sign up for are ~3k directories. Successful submissions could go as high as 1.5k in my experience and instant approved articles would be about ~300. Many of these are PR0 sites though. AMR is pretty fast and is doing the article submission job that none other software could do. I noticed AMR blasts are not as effective as they used to after Panda. If you could send in 1 article everyday then you'd see a lot of impact after a month or so for some pretty competitive keyword.

SENukeX on the other hand is extremely buggy. It crashes like every 15 minutes but it's done pretty good job for opening and submitting accounts. But. The price tag is far too high for many IM-ers. Could you afford $100+ monthly for this tool?

Remember this - Its just a tool.

It won't make you rich or provide you with traffic if it just sits there. Hence, I mentioned its only as good as its user. One or 2 campaign with SENukeX alone is not enough unless you are targetting really soft keywords. You'll have to utilize it everyday just as if you were using other tools.

I owned both tools and many more, and my verdict is this:

    Should you own AMR? Definitely.

Should you own SENukeX? Ask yourself if you have a site that could generate that kind of money every month.

If you don't own a SENukeX, could you get its benefits? Yes, check out my sig

    Hope that helps,
    Haruka

Completely different things. I own and use both. AMR gets you those article links, while SENuke is better for Social Network properties and Bookmarking. It kind of a 1-2 punch.

I would suggest checking out Magic Submitter. I use it and it's a pretty good software for the price. Much cheaper than SEOnuke.
