      I totally agree with you if we want High page rank means we want get high page ranked quality back links. But i want to know one think are sure Google will refresh page rank every 4 months....??

    It has already been discussed in details in older discussions you can read them to get your answer in detail. However, if you get you get your webpages linked with the higher PR pages which have relevant contents as in yours, update your own contents regularly, you will see the improvement. Always try to get the links from different sources like forums, blogs, articles, bookmarks etc.

    The fastest and cheapest way is to buy a closeout domain at godaddy that already has PR.

    The nice thing about this is that google seems to give your content a bit of love when you are writing it on an aged PR domain. I got mine for $12 and its PR 3.

    Much cheaper and less time than backlinking or heaven forbid original content.
