My 4 month niche site suddenly disappear from SERP, not only for the main targeted keyword, but it happens for all possible keyword that it has.

Anyone can help me?

Check for duplicate content on tag pages and category pages. This might also be a Panda thing.

Recently Google have launched Google Panda Algorithm which is very strict to get ranking. Now you will only be needed quality work for your site to keep maintain Rankings.

Check out that your content is genuine and user related. Make sure that you done optimization in the right way. As Google introduce the panda it might be possible that your site can be caught for the duplicate or irrelevant content.

It has something to do with the spam and duplicate contents, check your website carefully and do proper on page optimization. Google panda is very sensitive with duplicate and spam contents.
