Do you have any ctr tips?

I am looking for tips on how to improve the ctr of my pay per click ads as I seem to know how to get number one spot by my ctr is usually not as high as I want.
So if you have any tips on how to increase the ctr of a ppc ad pls share them here. Also I would like to know what percent you regard as a good ctr%
