Looking for the social bookmarking voting service

I joined a service about a year ago where you basically were given assignments a couple times a week to vote for other members bookmarks on digg and a few other social bookmarking sites.
Anyhow i've been trying to find it and have had no such luck.
So my question to you is - do you know the name of the service? And are you getting good results from it? And is there something out there thats better/cheaper?
Now just to be clear, dont confuse this with a social bookmarking submission service - where it submits your page to ALL the social bookmarking services - this service has a community where people go to like or vote up your page, which to me seems like a much more powerful way to use social bookmarking, as opposed to just submitting your page to all of them.
Really hope someone can help out because ive been trying to find this service for the last 2 days.
