1. I need a List of 10 High Pr PR 3+ At least Press Release Websites That Allow Links.(DoFollow is better)

2. Need top 30 web 2.0 properties that are the best recommendations(Can get from Google but need your recommendation)

3. Top 15 - 20 Article Directories that are of Good value and has a good chance of getting my article approved.

I Need The Best 10 PR, 30 Web 2.0, 15 - 20 Articles directories because I will be doing it manually. Will be mixing all your tips with my strategy. Thanks a Lot Guys and This is the only Thing thats Getting on my nerves And I need to solve it Once In For All

I think you should search yourself and check pageranks and popularity yourself (because you will not find important lists available to the public)

First most of press releases sites not allowed anchor text, So they are helpful if you get them and top sites list are easily available on search engine. For articles just search on Google list of article directories, you will get top ranking article site list.

if you did a little google search you'd come up with a list in about 2 minutes, I don't mean to be rude but you have a huge strategy set up and you want to do it manually but you don't take the time to do any research.

You can do a search for .edu sites with blog in the url. Then you can use something like seo for firefox to determine if they are follow or nofollow links.

As for web 2.0 sites, you can do a search for bookmarking services. You can check out AddThis Social Bookmarking Sharing Button Widget for a list of them that can get you a good start. Then determine which ones you want to use.

good luck with your strategy. I think you could spend less time worrying about .gov and edu and save yourself some time. Look for high Pr and you will do just fine.

You can also get links from social networks like facebook, and links from site directories like DMOZ and Yahoo.You can also conduct a keyword research to figure out the most popular keywords in your niche. Build up your own meta tag according to your research result. And keep add tags to your posts according to your research result.
