Ranking over Google(usa)

Hi dears,
I am ranking up my site,but i am only conserned with the Google(usa) ranking not international Google.
Is there any way that how to work to achieve the desired results?

    Well... i believe as long as you are writing in english, you will be ranked on the US Google.

      No the site you rank on depends on your geo-targeting, you can choose a certain country to target in google webmasters.

      Also the extension you use plays a role, .net, org, com, co are top level domains but .us, .ca, .co.uk are all country specific and will rank better on the local google sites.

      The language does play a factor as well as obviously searches on google in spanish will return spanish results and so on.

    There is no "international Google". If you say there is, what is their web address? LOL. What there is though is the most relevant search result for the location you are in. If you don't believe it should work that way, then what you are saying is that if you are in London and do a web search for doctor, a plastic surgeon in Miami should be in position 1. Google has the most market share because it shows relevant results.

    you can rank your site in all country cuz you have the market to target in only specific country but as what i see , my site rank number 3 in US but number in my country. So, google will give you some buzz if you want are already ranking in US
