Can anyone recommend a website analyist?

Hi all,
I'm getting to my wits end regarding getting my website ranked.
A month and a half ago I was ranking for a number of keywords on the first page of google.
It took a lot of work to create the backlinks and content, and then all of a sudden everything went downhill, and I can't figure out what I need to do to rectify things.
To make matters worse I have a competitor sitting on the first page for my main keyword who doesn't even have any links at all!
I notice in Google webmasters I have a number of duplicate meta description errors for pages that don't even exist and duplicate title tag errors, again for pages that don't even exist. I have a 403 error for a page that doesn't exist, and the list goes on...
Can anybody recommend anyone who might be able to help clear these things up.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
