Getting and Keeping Multiple Adsense accounts

Basically my goal is to have about 10 or so adsense sites that make anywhere from 50-150 a day each. They will be in more competitive niches and have more content and kws. originally, my plan was to do an xfactor style thing and build 200 sites making 1-5 dollar but i feel it is actually harder and more of a hassle then just building 10 big sites. plus i know google hates these type of sites. even with just ten adsense sites i do not want them all to be on one account. Reasons for that are i do not want for a competitor to look up my google adsense id and clickbomb all my sites,i dont want my account to go under review and have ten sites using the same theme and style, but the main reason is i do not want to lose my adsense account and have to lose money on all ten sites.

my questions are
how do you obtain a separate account? (without having to use a friend or family) my guess is starting new businesses and the accounts are for each business name

also how do you keep each account?
do i need to use a different computer/laptop and ip for each account when logging in? i would not want all my accounts to get lumped in together from something like logging in on the same computer

You can get one business account with your business name as the payer.
You need to have different address,Different ip to check your account.
Proxy wont work well.
Better is to use one account as personal and one as business dont try more than that.It will be a unwanted risk

google will use a tax ID # or your social security # to set up your account

this is the governments way of taxing your income

so to get more adsense accounts you would need more tax ID #'s

but in google adsense you can create custom channels to track individual sites

i am aware thet i can track individual sites but i do not want something weird or strange to happen to one site then lose earnings from all ten sites because of one site. id rather just create 2 companies per site.

do you all think that each two sites will need to be on separate hostings?
what about computers will i need a new computer for each site?
