Buy aged domain

I want to buy an aged domain:
nursingcareers.net
Before I buy it I have done several checks:
It is 9 years old
It has never been dropped
However, I was told to only buy an aged domain if it had page rank. This domain has no page rank. I don't think there was ever a site built on it but I could be wrong. I checked the way back machine but it said the robots.txt file prevented it from showing anything.
I would appreciate any advice to evaluate this domain further.
This would be the first time I have bought an aged domain and I want to do it correctly and not waste money.
