Duplicate Title Tabs -HELP?

Just logged into my webmaster tools to see if everything was ok with regards to a particular site and had this mentioned below:
How do I overcome this problem, cus Ive made my post sticky for the homepage and i guess the title of blog use's this title too. But I guess it also is using the post's hyperlink too, so any suggestions???
