Can anybody tell me what would qualify for a good keyword to use for Adsense income. By That I mean what is the minimum monthly searches, and CPC that you will go with for a keyword with low competition and trends good?

    Are you running a PPC Google Adwords campaign or Ranking through SEO? PPC is never good for adsense sites in my opinnion..

    For a decent money making adsense website you will want 100,000 and up monthly searches while ranking in the top 5 slots on Google

          That's correct, you have to be very careful, make a bad move and you
          are in trouble. Do not deviate from their TOS, Google is unpredictable at
          the best of times. You never know what they will do next, but keep as close as you can to their (terms of service) that's all you can do.
