You should try Market Samurai. Most of these keyword tools like Micro Niche finder, market samurai, and traffic travis have free trials. You should try each one and see which one you like best.
    Good Luck

What do you mean by this? Google Adwords is a good tool for keyword search. It helps you see the number of searches done in any country and the global searches. You can also have a grasp of how much competition there is for each keyword.

    Hi,

I too have a site in a region where traffic is low but still exists and Google's own tools won't pick up search phrases because the volume is too low. The site is to do with home search / relocation service in Hobart Tasmania: Settled In - Home Search and Relocation Services Hobart Tasmania

I want to investigate keywords to target but none of the tools will pick up the searches due to low volume.

Use keyword discovery(Keyword Discovery - Advanced keyword research tool and search term suggestion tool). It shows good results like Google adwards.

Maybe I'm missing something, but why would you want to pursue keywords with such low search volumes that they don't even show up on Google's radar? It would take a ton of these low-volume keywords to generate any decent traffic to a website.

You can try semrush, it has a database of about 40 million keywords.
