Average CPC anomaly

I recently subscribed to SEM Ruah and SERP Aanalytics. I have noticed thet the data that is retuned is completely different, even though I searched the same domains. In particular the average CPC that my competitors are spending( which is the primary reason I subscribed) is markedly different. Foir example, in SEM Rush for a particular web site there is an average CPC of $2.10 for a particuler keyword on SERP Aanalytics, and a corresponding figure of $0.40 on SEM Rush. In all the other keywords( about 1000 of them) the DSEM Rush figure is always significantly lower. There is also a significant differenc in traffic estaimation.
Has anybody used these tools that has an opinion, and is there a more accurate tool out there?
