That's an impressive list of blogs and bookmarking sites as well. In case of bookmarking how can i take my bookmarks to the indexed page whose page rank is generally higher.

Anything shared openly on a forum is bound to get hit hard by the spammers. Even blogs from the dofollow search engines will most likely get hit eventually.

If you're willing to do things manually, check out Scrapebox and use it to find blogs yourself. The true high quality blogs will be the ones that require manual approval from the blog owners. Not all of your comments will be approved. But the ones that are will most likely not be sharing any link juice with shady websites.

I would advice that you find unique blogs by yourself . You can do it simply .

If you are using what everyone one is using , your links would be very prone to be ignored by Google as useful links .

these are far from great becouse they are overspammed...

This is why i have my own list of blog posts with PR that are not overspammed.

I bellive many of webmasters have their lists like me, but will not share it for free, becouse it takes some time to find blogs and create good list.
