Question About Facebook and CPC

Hello Everyone, I have a few questions. My first question is can I use the 20$ I have in paypal to create a small facebook campaign, or do I have to use credit card. Also, is it possible to use the 100$ coupon with the paypal account to make it 120$. My last question is have you guys had any success with using facebook advertising vice google adwords.

    Depends on where you live?

    I have paypal hooked up to my FB ads account without issue in Canada.

    Why not blow the $100 then add more funds?

      I thought you had to have some out of pocket to use the 100$ coupon?
