While performing another of my ususally painfully fruitless keyword searches I've come across a niche with a huge amount of traffic.

I don't wan't to let too much go but its not one of the usual high traffic niches but it is slightly technical.

On the plus side the more I think about it the more I could work with it long term. Also there are several long tail keywords that combine to tens of thousands of global monthly searches.

The site would be basically providing advice and information and possibly free tools or services.

Without going any further my question if its built around free information etc, how would I turn a profit ?

    I'd be tempted to put adsense on the site to see what type of ads Google shows. You can then monitor what pages get the most clicks and see if there's more money there with aff ads or products.

      Congrats always nice to find one of those. Witout knowing the extent, and I am not fishing, you hold onto it, I would say Adsense.

      Also, depending on the niche, perhaps you could set up a SP, free report, an email course, build some rapport with the list, sell a niche related product. The options depend on the niche but those are good places traditionally to start. Best of luck with it

    I always go with adsense to start, for information you could look on clickbank and see if you could sell some related e-books
