Chess Lessons for SEO/ IM Lessons

I would like to find some one that is interested in picking up chess for IM lessons.
I know basic SEO and own a couple of IM tools like scrapebox, market samurai, the best spinner etc.
if possible this person could guide me in ranking a site, advise me in how to carry out some link building tasks etc. possibly build some traffic.
This is a lot better than taking an internship and I will be making the mutual offer of providing lessons.
I am pretty skilled, Top 20 in the State, Top 150 in the country.
