I have a big block posted above the fold usually displaying 3 relevant ads and except yesterday and today it's only been showing 1 relevant ad.

My CTR has dropped from around 10%+ to 2-3%. Is there a way I can change this?

You could try changing the Ad block to image/text for a day or two, & see If that works?

You definitely must change something. Maybe you are in some special niche which don't have much advertisers, or Google can't recognize your niche? Maybe you should add a few more keywords on page in text? Firstly, try to increase keyword density and wait for few days. Than you'll see.

Op, you could also try blocking the single Advertiser that shows in the Adsense block, If it's only displaying a single Advertiser Ad.

Test block them, & see If your CTR + $$ goes up.

That's a good tip Yukon, but you have to look at the position.
If it's smack in the middle, it may be bidding on the whole block.
If it's at the top, with white space underneath, then there are
        not enough ads.

If you have a huge blocked list, you may want to start over
and unblock them all. One ad is better than no ads.

See if other blocks are being filled as well. QS of advertisers
does not let some get in the top spot. You may see the bottom
        blocks filled, but top empty.

If google would really have a way for ordinary people to
filter ads in an easy way, it would sure make life easier.

Yeah the middle ad is showing, the top and bottom are gone.
