Backlinking Strategies?

Hey Warriors, I come to you today because I need some help, I have found 1 good way that is paid for high pr backlinks, right now on one of my sites that I have, I have around 20 pr 2-4 backlinks, ranked 3rd in google, Im trying to beat out the 2 ranked amazon links. So far, no luck, I dont know why, seeing as my backlink juice is far greater then backlinking done to their page, however I guess it is because of the authority that amazon has, but still I should be able to outrank them. The domain is www.temperaturegun.net . Second I am looking for free backlinking strategies so please share!

    Add more pages, like advices, tips... and it will do.
    Me too have amazon on top of me even if their page is not so worth to be there, it's same as wikipedia.

    Congratulations!

    Try getting yourself 5 or 6 2.0s and add about 3 to 4 decently spun content + media. Social bookmarks all your 2.0s and blast them with lots of backlinks.

    Add videos on youtube and a fanpage - link back to your site.

    Repeat and Rinse!

    PS: Seems like you don't have a PR after the PR update yesterday... Your PR backlinks are on the domain side or the URL itself?

    Lots of people have talked about this question in this forum, build backlinks via article directories, social bookmarks, directories etc. Try seach "backlinks" through forum search tool, you will get huge thread list. Good luck!
