Hi all, is anyone using Rapid Action Profit here?

I have try this product, but because of I no idea how to do the setup and
I felt is not suitable for me to use, so I decide to ask for refund.

I have send the message for refund, and after so many weeks, I still not getting any response from them. But when I pretend as a new customers asking for product info, they reply very fast.

I not sure wheather are they trying to ignore me or not? But I just want to solve my issue only. Is anyone try the refund before? Or they got others contact can reach them?

    How did you pay them?
    if you have paid through PayPal then you can file a dispute under PayPal.
    when you file a dispute, PayPal will take money out of there account and will ask them to talk with you in order to resolve the dispute. in this way, you will get hold of them and they won't be able to ignore you.

    I would send another request for refund today, if it isn't responded to I would send a more firmly worded, " If I don't hear back within 24hrs., I'll be contacting my bank or paypal for a charge back". Something along those lines.

    As a provider of services in multiple niches, mistakes and missed communications do happen, so I would try again before throwing down the hammer.

    Sid has always had a no questions asked refund policy and has honored it since RAP first came out. He also is very good about answering help desk tickets, but sometimes things happen.

    I gave him a heads up o the thread.

    Also, like Andy said, this forum is not the place to post for stuff like this. Violates Rule #1 of the forum rules.

      Yes, as you said sometimes things happen.. and he is very good about answering help desk tickets.. but I have sent the money back request ticket since 9 Jun, but until now July still no any feedback from him. Then I try to send another ticket pretend as new customers asking about the product info, I get feedback around 2 days, but when I reply to the same ticket regards money back issue, unfortunately.. he not reply anymore :confused:

      I am not try to Violates Rule, but I am try to looking for solution..
      I am trying to be patience sending help desk ticket, email.. But after so many weeks also no reply. I am newbie here, and I really no idea what should I do, so I just searching around here for suggestion only. Hope you can understand.

      Thanks to everyone feedback and suggestions, at least now I know he is in this forum, and I will try PM him for solution. If still no reply I can go for Paypal dispute.

      Maybe John can you help me ask him about this issue? The ticket no is: LEPVIR7P85 (9 Jun)

    Go to the Help Desk and, instead of pretending to be someone else, just identify yourself, and state your case for the refund.

      Sid I tried by opening multiple tickets on your support system but no luck

      is RAP still in business I am willing to buy it ,I have one question --my products need serial key and I wish to deliver serial key to my customers after each purchase is this feature present in RAP sorry to ask but I refereed your guide and web site too
