Weird thing

Yesterday i came accross a website it was wwww.xxxxxxxx.com (different name i dont remember)
This web site was empty no posts no page nothing it says Another wordpress you know like when you buy a domain and still have to do anything with it.was 2 months old
The weird thing is that web site was in page 2 for those searched keywords
so to write interesting blogs to do SEO keywords etc etc doesnt count nothing
LOL articles ,links ...All this discussion PR2 PR1 keep the blog alive write this write that ....
Could you explain this?
Im new and inexperienced.

    It's a Google flaw, it happens. But sooner then expected that site goes away to page 555...

    It's not that usual, but it happens everynow and then.

      i see that you are more experienced than me ,please can i ask you something?i built a blog 2 weeks ago till 3 days ago it was in the 2 page of google for the searched key word,now i dont know where is gone ,it is first in yahoo and disappeared from google,if i tipe site:www.xxxxxxxxx.com i see it but at a normal search it doesnt come out anymore

    It's debated, but some people claim a benefit to "new" sites and that might be what's happening here, based on domain name. I know that we've had sites appear on the first page that haven't yet had content added to them. We try to get it added as quickly as possible, but there are times where it was up for 7-10 days and got ranked without it.
