    VERY short question, but I will try:

    You can start with the more generic keywords, and then dig deeper into longer-tail-keywords..... there is a tool called "keyword hunter", (G it), - it can show you searches, competition, for different related keyword to you search.

    But you need to turn it around, and view things in the prospects point of view, what they might search for, and not what you think they search for.

    And the keyword search technique is different, depending if you want info-keywords, or product-keywords.
