Google and new websites, need help!

Hello
I started a wordpress website 1 week ago, and I prevented search engines from crawling my website because it wasn't ready
Yesterday I wanted to test AdSense ads and Google's custom search engine, but the ads are not showing and the custom search engine is showing me a problem, Now my website is not indexed yet and just wanted to know if that was the reason
