PR 0 blog went to PR 3 after Google Panda Update.

I think no got the PR after Panda update but this update was about the content so people can observe a great traffic improvement or traffic drop for their website traffic. You must got because Google updated PR in June for many websites.

The real question is why do you care about the PR of your blog? Did you see an increase in income because the PR went up?

Unless you run a link network I can't imagine why you really care...

Your PR did not increase because of Panda. Google just performed a PR export to the toolbar data feed.

PR is 1 of over 200 factors that determine your rankings. Focusing so heavily on PR is like watching a race car win a race and attributing the win solely based on how light the hood is.

The Panda related updates which have been rolling out for months and the toolbar PR update which Google rolled out a week ago Sun/Mon are two completely separate things.

I find these types of threads funny. I'm betting your PR3 site now receives no more traffic than what it did when it was a PR0.

One of my sites dropped from PR4 to PR2 but the site traffic has risen about 15 percent for pages viewed each day and a consistent stream of visitors. I also dominate the SERPS for my niche.

PR is so insignificant to the overall picture, Google should remove it from their algorithm.

PR is updated all the time behind the Google curtain. The PR that is published to the toolbar feed is a very inaccurate representation of the page's true PR. Analyzing traffic increases and decreases based on when the toolbar feed is updated is a pointless exercise.

Google is never going to remove PR from their algo. It serves a purpose.

A bunch of haters in this thread, good job on the PageRank!

Sure it doesn't mean much at all, but PR is a good way to validate what your doing is giving your domain some value. The next step is to make sure that you continue doing whatever you did before and keep building out solid content and backlinks.
