  This tool is free, easy to install and runs great with Mozilla Firefox. You can set all kinds of settings how you want things to be displayed about PR, backlinks, alexa rankings and so on.
  
  What I like best is that it also shows a toolbar in the search results of google and yahoo under every listing.
  
  When my wife searched for something on my computer in Google she was kinda confused about all the extra info that was showing from the toolbar, quite funny , she said, "what is that!?!"

As far as SEO Addon for Firefox is concern I would like to recommend Web Rank its a nice little cool addon for firefox. This will tell you about number of pages indexed in google, yahoo and bing, also give you number of backlinks indexed on google,yahoo,alexa,bing not only this you will also know about alexa and google page rank.
