I've been using socialmonkee and linklicious. I'm now trying to find additional similar sites, would prefer ones that have no or low cost. Even if you have a site or two I would be very grateful!

    A great free way to get backlinks is by doing blog commenting.
    Ideally though you will want to get links from high PR pages, which will require some sort of tool usually.
    The beauty though is that if you can get high PR backlinks, you don't need to get many to rank well.

    OnlyWire.com have free account also and you can get as much as 300 submissions per month.

    The other interesting low priced service is sickmarketing.com. I haven't tried them yet, but friend of mine is happy with them. You can try there free trial before paying.

    These sites are the bread & butter of social bookmarking. The idea is to submit your site/posts & let the community vote. Not only do you get the initial link from the social site, really sticky content has the ability to go viral & generate a much larger range of links from relevant blogs / forums & websites. Remember, submit your best content.
