Odd page impressions stats?

I was looking at my stats this evening and my site is ranging 150-200 unique visits according to awstats and yet my number of page impressions on adsense is only 36 for yesterday.

Is awstats that off on tracking or does this sound normal vs. the page impressions?

I think Adsense is not real-time. It involves a delay.

  Awstats counts visits from bots. Most bots do not generate AdSense impressions.
