    While not 100% certain, I'd bet someone using "review" in their search query is more likely to spend money than those than don't use "review".

    Yes, for affiliate marketing, this usually means someone's looking for a product or service review before they buy that particular product or service.

    Yes, these people already know what they want, now they just need to be convinced how good the product or service is. If you can explain them on your website how good it is, send them to that product or service using your affiliate link and they buy it, you just earned yourself a affiliate commission

    Yes. I would say in general your audience is in a buying mood. If you have one site that reviews a bunch of similar products, eg smartphonereviews.com don't be afraid to give bad reviews as long as it is easy on your site to click through and check out a better product.
