Getting top of google with new website

Hi my website is Creator Logo . co . uk i have just set it up and added content and got a few back links plus paid advertising ppc & ad buying,

But i am still getting low traffic and not ranked on google,

can some one help on the best ways to get your website on page one of google
also the best tool to use

    try to make some quality back links to your website , analyze your competitor website properly and see for what keywords they are promoting their website at which sources they made links for their website

    Thanks for the info, i have used your list for wp-admin aswell mince001, i have read that you recommend going after words that have 1,000 or more searches a month on google i normally go for 8,000 but i guess the cost per click is cheaper for those is that currect?

      Focus on making content first. Backlinks are good but if your site is empty no one will want to visit it and you wont rank high. Once you have a reasonable amount of content and a nice website focus on making some backlinks to the content and marketing it on social networks.

      yes and no. the number of searches of a term does not necessarily impact directly on the ppc. You have to research each keyword individually to see the costs.

      I would advise you to find some keywords that meet the criteria I have specified and then hire a good backlinker from odesk to do the work ..It's very cheap and effective. Just read my threads and you will know what you have to tell them to do.

      yes and no. just because a keyword has more searches, it does not mean that the cpc is higher. you have to research each keyword individually to see the costs.

      just find some keywords that are in the criteria i gave and then hire a good backlinker from odesk. read my threads and then you will know what you will have to ask the backlinker to do. choose low to medium competition keywords with 1000+exact match searches so you get traffic quickly.

      First of all you need to have quality content on your site and make it SEO friendly.

      Some sites will rank quickly in google and some will take time

      Keep building backlinks and your site will make it there.

    If your site is no indexed use pingomatic.com to get it indexed fast.

    Then you will need to build quality links to your website using directory submission, bookmarking, create article and send them to ezine, articlebast and any other high quality article directories also create a couple of a web 2.0 website like wordpress, drupal, squidoo, blogster, and other blogging networks.

    I also took a look at your page and it needs to be cleaned up for best results. You need to seperate your paragraphs and make sure you content is keyword rich.

      I'm not sure what keywords your targetting but I have had luck selling to these kinds of companies local businesses, sports teams, insurance agents, schools and gyms. I made the most money selling to middle school and high school sporting teams. There are lots of schools and local businesses that need new logos .

    I usually just build wordpress blog post contextual links off my private PR network to my new site, usually I am able to achieve page 1 in 3-6 hours after the site is built providing that I have a keyword rich domain name.

    Its not that hard to do these days, latest google changes has seem to work in my favor

    First question is what market research did you carry out prior to naming the blog creator logo
    and what are your target keyword phrases.
    I see you are creating a blog Your main keyword needs to be the title of the blog and then get the RSS feed in you main site

    Your blog appears to have little of no content, you need to build more content, without good content you are wasting money on PPC and ads

    Even you main site has little content, you have lots of work to do

    My standard mantra is to build 1000 classified ads and 500 individual webpages with links to your site as soon as possible and see that the links contain your main keyword.
