this varies on the type of ads / content and traffic ... and other factors like what the advertising are paying for the ads, etc. in my case it varies from month to month ... for the same website I get 0.28 in June and 0.39 in july ... adsense is like gambling

The best topic is one you know or are willing to learn, and will make the effort
      to create some decent content.

You can make money regardless of topic or niche. It all depends on the worth
of your website and the value of your visitors.

There are so many intangibles into the CPC across the display network,
it makes no sense to guess. You cannot match up the info from
adwords very well at all to come up with a guess on CPC. It's
quite pointless, but pretty much overly promoted here.

It might rattle some nerves to know that the vast majority of people are
lucky to get 25 cents a click, and end up swearing google is ripping them off.

You never know how much you get per click until you get a click.
      Then you know.

Just look at the crazy threads like: I found a high paying niche! Can I
make a site? Is it worth it? Should I? All useless questions with no answers.
