BMR Drop in PR

Anyone else noticed the drop in PR BMR has taken? I noticed a slip a few weeks ago and this morning I noticed a dozen of my posts are on PR 0 pages.
I would be interested to know is this them adding new sites into the system which are starting at PR 0 or have the PR updates been unkind to the BMR network.
