How Much Could I sell This Site For?

hey guys i created this site about 7 months ago and have kind of gone a different way with my pln of attack. i want to sell this site to anyone who would be willing to take it off my hands. currently it's getting between 8-17 unique visitors per day.

i built a bunch of backlinks to it when i 1st began but havn't really touched it in months.

how much could i get for a site like this? i have never flipped a site before

    depends on how you value the domain

    If based on PR, it might be worth $10 to $20 since its a PR1

    If based on revenue, then (revenue X 12) = value of domain

    you might be able to pass it off as potential value due to proximity top10 rankings for any keywords that may need just a little effort to move up in the search engines for a payoff.

    Not getting much traffic so it wouldn't be worth a lot as I assume that the revenue would be minimal?
