New Google Algo Update

I'm surprised no one has made any mention of the new update in the forum (maybe I missed it) but I hope everyone is seeing that their traffic is way up.

    So what is the update there then? Yeah, you are right that the traffic of most website had increased, and I had observed it first on my blog.

    But, is there really an update made by Google?

    There's over 300 updates that Google implements throughout a year, often closer to 400 or 500! Obviously there's major ones that people speak about, and minor ones that are often overlooked.

    What are you seeing differently from the latest update? I did have one website come out of the sandbox over the weekend that had been sitting in it for many months. All of the others seem to be the same.

          I was wondering what was going on. One website moved up one spot on page 1 while another went from middle page 3 to top of page 2. I thought some backlinks had taken effect or something.

          I saw an increase in all my sites across the board. Even ones that had been deadlocked. For example I had a website at #3 for a few months and I had stopped link building and a few days ago it moved up to #2. This is just one example but I have seen a lot of positive movement.

          Whatever the update is its looking at my websites in a more positive light then before. But doing this ive learned that this week an algo update will help you and then next week it will hurt you. Its all a cycle.

      I think it was a periodic recalc and not an algo change. About 24 hours before alot of keyword level penalties seemed to wear off as well.
