Hi Warriors and Lords =P,

I clicked on both "Since Last Payment" from my OVERVIEW and ADVANCE REPORT and I see there are a difference in earnings. OVERVIEW are showing $165.56 and ADVANCE REPORT are showing $157.60.

I just noticed that there were an Adsense earning difference, I am not sure if this is normal or not because recently I was approached by an advertising company who also uses google code to advertise in my site saying that they were partner of adsense doubleclick or something. I put their code for like a week and removed them later because they said their advertiser canceled the campaign or something.

I am afraid that the so called advertiser are scamming and sucking my adsense income. Can anyone verify that the have these difference too?

If don't, how do I actually remove the "scam" or etc?

That is a click quality adjustment and its totally normal. Adsense usually backs out some of the earnings. Remember, until the earnings are finalized, they are estimated earnings. I have never seen my estimated earnings lower than my actual, they always estimate high and then end up paying you less.

I see, so it's normal... thanks for the clarification. So they payout based on my Advance report instead of Overview right?

Yeah, it's based on advanced report.

I personally don't really worry about it too much until the end of the month. I find that they are different numbers, but they aren't VASTLY different most of the time.

Seems to me in the past adsense deducts for something to do with adsense for search. I never looked into it that closely, and it was a fairly small amount. Otherwise maybe there were some invalid clicks or something like that.

  • Google always show final earning at the 10 of next month after checking all click of you ads . It happens always and it is normal
