Hello guys,

I just wanted to ask you guys that i have done a keyword research and i liked a keyword which have local searches "14,800" and competition level is 78,000 results and I also found a exact match domain [.com].

Should i go for it ?

Please give me any advice that you think will help me thank you

Sorry I meant broad or exact? Exact searches are what matter, broad searches are basically meaningless.

70 is wayyyy to low. Exact searches should be at least 1000.

i m using Google keyword tool and have selected exact it shows low competition but it is above 800k when i put it in "keyword"

70 is pretty low. Though local results tend to have higher success than global, depending on your niche. So you can still see some results with a keyword that isn't searched too often. But again, 70 is pretty low. Even for a local keyword.

70 is very low... If you can find 70 Keywords with 70 searches then you are in good shape

How many exact globe searches for that keyword? 70 local search doesn't matter if there is enough globe search.
