anyways,

Ebook I created about walks through some previous stock market crashes...and the recent one and the similarity in them...since my dad used to do stocks as well, I had some knowledge I shared from him as well...

also I mentioned about IM...compared stock market to IM...and such

I sold it directly using a landing page...

Didn't use CB styled lp but my own with ajax and flash...and yes it was paypal...

although, I'm very nervous if they freeze my account or anything...I haven't had any payments in last 7 days or so and now suddenly lol...have to see

some basic things like "call to action" and etc...

main thing that made the difference was the ad...that CTR is one of the highest ones i've ever had...

lol landing page u want? I'll see...if I make a WSO...or i'll see...

no thoughts for now

also check out the initial bid I got while placing the ad...$0.36...now that's something because usually it's somewhere in high $1.10s+

I've literally played around with all the variables for about 26mins until I found a good number and stick with it...

I have already advertised on Facebook Ads, so is it possible to use a voucher if you are not a new customer?

Why did you want to advertise to people with a birthday in less than a week away? Was it ot get a better price per click?

It isn't possible...this was a brand new account...well I used my sister's account which was never been used before...so ya that clears your first question...

Secondly, if you look carefully, I haven't checked that option...I left the box blank...

initial pay per click depends on how you play around with the options and interests...final CPC depends on your ad and yes! completely on your ad and particularly the image!

Excellent out-of-the-box thinking! The conversion rate has to be staggering (I don't feel like doing the math right now, haha). Goes to show what you can do with some creativity and taking action when you see an opportunity.

Facebook is great for pushing huge amounts of traffic, and I've also had some 4-figure days on it (though that was a while ago). Only downside is campaigns don't last long, but with profit like this they really don't have to

If you're not already doing it, you can extend the life-span quite a lot by rotating a few ad-copies and not pushing just one until it dies.

Edit: A quick glance at the numbers reveals almost 50% conversion rate. That's simply incredible with Facebook traffic. Of course the book was very cheap, but they still had to pull out their credit cards right? Did you "qualify" them before they clicked, like writing out the price in your ad?

by "revise" you mean changing it? yes we can do that...but usually not as low as what I did...but while the campaign is live and running we can't revise campaigns' bidding price ...facebook determines it based on the CTR you're ads are getting...higher CTR = lower CPC for us, it's a way of facebook rewarding us...because that's how they ARE making money.

I started the campaign at $0.36. yes. It's tricky, that bit. Have to play around with the variables a lot

not only that, it also depends on what time you're bidding as well...

NOTE: My ad didn't get approved the first time I submitted...I think it was about the 7th or 8th time it got accepted

Your math doesn't work out. 4986 clicks @ .36 would cost $1794.96 and from 2396 sales would yield 2635.60 with a profit of 840.64 which isn't so good. Somehow these numbers seem a bit fudged unless I am missing something. I am detecting some BS here. Also you said your spend was $50 which doesn't line up to the cost of that # of clicks.

I am calling complete BS on this. First using your demographics you wont generate 25 million viewers, its around 1.6 million. Also again your math is not working out a bit using a $50.00 coupon. Your investment would be +1700 bux. That ad in no way from its wording would generate that # of clicks. The numbers your displaying reflect a .01 cent per click rate which if you read the FB ad auction terms is impossible.

oh good lord, so let me tell you something before I even begin to explain fb's system...

some people usually fail at IM and generally, they blame it either on the field it self or on their "work" schedule, but in reality it's their ignorance to read between the lines!

obviously it seems like you're new to fb ads or you clearly don't know what you're talking about, let alone how to read properly.

that $0.36 is the INITIAL BID! facebook rewards you with lower CPC, when the higher CTR you get!

Do you see why I didn't exactly get 5000 clicks? well, that's because of the initial bid which had effected my campaign in the beginning

also when I said, I spent $50, that means I spent $50 voucher!

Read it clearly, when I said I hit the local library and grabbed a voucher...

Just make yourself a favor and don't check these threads when you're not reading the post properly, and instead writing BS!

No I have been doing PPC for almost 10 years and the numbers YOU claim do not ad up. Cry moar please. This whole post stinks of someone trying to buffalo people ignorant of how PPC works.

EDIT forgot to ad I did try it. I suggest before anyone thanks you they try it themselves with a small budget so they don't end up hurting themselves bad financially.

Smart idea. How do you get the CPC to only 0.36 per click? When I tried your exact parameters on facebook, it said the CPC is $1.88 per click.

facebook changes those numbers by every second...that's why I said...after trying for 26 minutes...

Just play around with the variables...for example, first select age from 21 to 56, then see the cpc...then if you do 21 to unlimited...it will show some other price...it's like that...

They change prices very very rapidly, so take advantage of that

I've read a few success stories regarding Facebook ads, a few with blackhat methods after the ad is clicked but still impressive and genius all the same. I think the beauty with FB ads is the opportunity to target the exact type of person you need to see your ads! It has great potential, but also the initial investment also!

Toly, nothing ads up cause its all a lie. Test his demographics yourself, in fact I challenge anyone on the warrior forum to come at me and show me they paid 1 cent on their FB ads. This guy is getting ready to roll out some scammy FB arbitage WSO and he is using this to preframe it. Its a con. If anyone on this planet can show my math wrong with the info the OP provided please do. Yes Op your experience in FB ads is awesome, except when it meets a calculator.

Agz21 is right. If you haven't seen till now, yes you can get 0.01$ clicks, even lower than that if you tweak your campaign.

And it's not something new and unknown, there are several WSO's about it, and many that tried the method and succeeded in getting clicks for 0.01, or for a few cents.

So, it's not a fairy tale.

I am on his side. If you haven't seen till now, yes you can get 0.01$ clicks, even lower than that if you tweak your campaign.

And it's not something new and unknown, there are several WSO's about it, and many that tried the method and succeed in getting clicks for 0.01, or for a few cents.

Sure for Pomeranian dog sweaters in Nigeria you can get some low cost clicks. But your not going to see that CTR in that niche in that region anywhere near 1 cent. Again post your stats and lets see them. Make sure you photoshop them well.

I've got 0.01 clicks with very tight targeting. I've targeted US,UK,Canada and Australia, but it wasn't more than 20,000 people with the setting I set up then.

So, I don't know , I've never tried getting 0.01 clicks with broad targeting but I saw people getting these clicks with broad targeting.

But after this, if he create a WSO about it, he will get banned because of this thread( you aren't allowed to pre-sale a wso).

So, I don't think he's pre-selling something.

I agree that you should tell us , if the CPC dropped immediately,or how..

the initial CPC was a trial and error ...told you right 26 mins or so...

I can't gaurantee that...but later the real CPC went down because of the CTR...

Some people are not understanding it!

I didn't spend a Penny! Why? Because I got a free voucher from a library

what is $0.36? $0.36 is the initial bid! Usually the initial bid goes around $1.4 but when you play around the options, facebook does make it fluctuate...so lets say once you selected female audience it might show a bid of $1.45 , and once you may select male then it could be much lower

facebook changes it every now and then

so playing around with it for 26minutes brought me that initial CPC

you could ask me if I had $0.01 CPC then for $50 I should exactly get 5000 clicks...

But did I?

NO!

Because, the initial bid had an effect on it...Remember, I still had this $.36 for sometime!

Are you serious? Thats half the problem with the IM industry in general. This kind of BS needs exposed. Theres nothing creative here, read any one of hundreds of FB arbitage WSOs. I did try it and you can't make his numbers work. Heck I believed him enough to go set it up, tweak my demographics. I couldn't repeat a single aspect of anything he said. Then lets bring in our friend calculator. Instead of defending a scammer why don't you test it out and tell me if you can repeat it.
