.ca domain over .us domain

I have a lot of .us domain, and i find it difficult in selling them. I just did a valuation on them at estibot and compared them to .ca, i discovered .ca had a higher valuation. does this mean that people prefer .ca over .us?

    I think it totally depends on the region you targeting, you cant target US region with .uk domain, no matter how hood the web site is..

    Its not like that, both are specific region targeted only.

    Both are region specific but it is still possible to rank in other countries with your keywords using those domains.

    In general, local search by Google does mean .ca / .uk will appear higher for locals in their area.
