I was just wondering,

I never used adsense before, let say I have found a niche with $7 per click.
How much from those $7 google will take percentage wise?

You get 68% of every click

AdSense for content publishers, who make up the vast majority of our AdSense publishers, earn a 68% revenue share worldwide. This means we pay 68% of the revenue that we collect from advertisers for AdSense for content ads that appear on your sites. Source

    Don't get too excited yet

Your share of the pie might be constant (68%) but the pie's size varies depending on several factors.

Just because you found a $7.00 per click niche doesn't mean that Google is going to charge the advertiser $7.00 for every click that his ad gets on your site.

Have you heard of "Smart Pricing"?

    Here is what Google says:

"Google is constantly analyzing data across the Google Network. If our data shows that a click from a Google Network page is less likely to turn into an actionable business result - such as an online sale, registration, phone call, or newsletter signup - we may reduce the bid for that site."

You get 68% of every click, Google show this figure in our policy but i am not believe in this line.Any proof of sharing revenue from Google ad sense relented to this statement.
