New Google Page Rank Update?

You guys might have already discussed this but was there a new PR update in the last few days? I had a PR3 go to PR2 and another PR1 go to PR3.. but no other changes in my other sites.

    I always thought PR changes happened on a 3-4 monthly basis... seems like it's happened several times in the past couple months, no?

    But yeah -- happened to me too!

      Agreed. It seems to change every month these days! But... I don't really pay attention. Like many, it just gives me warm fuzzies when the number is higher.

    One of my sites got moved up to a PR3 on the Jul 1st update and was moved back to do a PR1 a couple week later. No update this time around but it seems like Google might be changing to a more frequent schedule for PR updates.

      I noticed on the page where the PR went up the page position went down.

      The sites where the page position went up, no change in PR.

      Go figure.

    I just realized this Page Rank Update happened today! When I had booted my computer up this morning, I had a script run in a browser window from a previous session that showed my site a PR3. I just refreshed the page and it now shows PR2 (as the SEO toolbar tool does).

    They have really started to look at the quality of your links. My sites dont have THAT many links, but they are all very high quality authority site links.

    One of my 2 month old sites is already a PR 3 because of this

      It seems that Google Page Rank has updated three times in recent months. One of my site dropped from 3 to 0 and then went to 3 again.

    Dont know whats going on with google, in a spam of of 4 months, one of my site PR Jumped to 4 from 2 and then comes down to 3.. Google is updating the PR so frequently..
