How to Contact Adsense Team?

Hi All -

I have a very strange issue with the category-blocking feature in the new adsense interface. Somehow, I have 51 blocked categories (when only 50 are allowed to be blocked).

I have no ability to unblock any of the categories that are blocked now. Essentially, I can do nothing to allow/block categories. This has been going on for some time, and I believe it's adversely affecting my ad publishing performance.

I have submitted an issue report via the link at the top. I have posted the question (which no one can answer) in the official adsense forums. I haven't received any response from google about the issue either.

Does anyone know how to get in contact with a human being over there? How should I proceed?

You don't explain why you cannot unblock categories.

You probably won't get a response.

  There simply is no unblock option shown... no checkbox like before - in both parent and child categories..

  Are there any green checkmarks?
  
  Have you tried using a different browser (if you are using FF now)?
  Try chrome.

  Tried every browser but chrome... will try. Has green checks, but no option to change them. I did submit issue report but no word from Google yet
