Using AMR for web 2.0 properties? Is it Safe?

I have started building web 2.0 properties on free blog sites like wordpress, blogspot, etc.

I was thinking about using AMR (ARticle marketing robot) to send links to these sites optimized for the keywords that these web 2.0 sites I've built were designed for.

Will using AMR on these free sites get my web 2.0 sites I've built banned? They all have original and high quality content and I will not use AMR on these web properties if this may happen.

I've heard of people getting their blogspots banned after using XRUMER blasts of thousands of backlinks and do not know if AMR mass article submissions will result in similar results.....

I haven't had that problem and its been working great for me for over four months now.

You can use UAW in the same way, but AMR is way more affordable.

        Yep, it's fine.

You really shouldn't be too reliant on your web 2.0 sites, anyway.

It's a much safer option to be the owner of all the properties that mean anything to you.

Yep, works great. Heads up on sending AMR direct to money site though, I sandboxed a bunch of sites back in the spring doing this. Only use it to backlink my backlinks now.

Did the same exact thing with one of my sites. It's still on the 300th page (got it up to page 2 though for a little for a really competitive keyword)

Many people say that you can't sandbox a site by sending too many backlinks or else people could just easily sandbox their competitor sites.

            How old were the sites?

How many article directories did you submit to?

Did you just build a link to the main page or did you create links to the inner pages also?

Why not use it to set up a blog network? More benefit from that, I think.

Why not you trying it manually?

Of course its fine! Web 2.0 like you are using are simply buffer sites to help pass along the link juice and preventing the Google dance as much as possible.

I'd recommend you buying a few Fiverr/GetMyRank gigs and send them to your Web 2.0 properties.

Generally it is fine, most of these platforms aren't concerned with spending time finding and deleting properties that people have built links to.

Grindsone, did those sites you used AMR too much on and sandboxed ever end up recovering? Because it's been over a month now and the site I did it to is still dead....within that past month the PR went up to 2 from 0 but it's funny since it's nowhere to be found in google for any search terms except when I type mydomainname.com

Yes I backlinked to the inner pages as well, and submitted to all the directories on AMR. I think that backlinking many of my inner pages as well as the home page with AMR gave off red flags since many of my pages were all getting backlinks from the same exact place...this probably looks very suspicious to google to have hundreds of links to many inner pages and all from the same article directories.

My site was fine with AMR being used for the home page for backlinks until I started using it on inner pages for other keywords. Then it probably looked very obvious to google what I was doing and they penalized my site for it.

I've been told that you should backlink the inner pages also, as backlinking only the main page is the wrong way of doing it. Did you vary your anchor text when you put the links in?

Did you ping the links or create an RSS feed out of them or did you just let them be found naturally?

Didn't ping or anything of that sort, just used AMR to submit multiple articles.

I think I just overdid it and that's what caused the problem. I still plan on using AMR, but more "maintained" and not as much in a "brute force" kind of way for my main site.

I'll use it more full scaled for the web 2.0 properties but for my main site and inner pages I'm definitely going to be more careful and make sure I have more links going to my site than just AMR created links as that probably won't look very good in googles eyes.

The way I did it for the site thats sandboxed is I would write one article per day, place it on my main site, then send it to ezinearticles/goarticles, and spin it and submit it with AMR pointing the spun content to the article on the main site as well as a link to the home page. With AMR that's around 100-200 instant links from the autoapprove sites and more links to follow in the coming days/weeks. Doing one submission per day (with no drip feeding which I absolutely hate doing) was probably way too many backlinks of low quality in too short a period of time. When I did it, the new pages would reach page 1-2 of the keywords within the next day....things were going great till every page disappeared from goooooogle

How old was the site that got sandboxed? Did the site actually get de-indexed or did it just get knocked far down the SERPs?

I think there must be more to this than just the result of using AMR because if it was just as easy to get a site sandboxed by doing a blast then someone could just order a cheap article from somewhere such as Fourer then submit it with links to one of their competitors sites. As it would be easily worth a measly $4 to remove a key competitor.

I'd recommend you buying Fiverr services,it seems more natural than AMR

I don't think it'll get you banned, but I tried AMR and didn't like what I saw. Compared to a few other I've seen that focus on quality instead of quantity, AMR just isn't worth it.

It's ok. Additionally you can submit to RSS directories to get index these articles fast.

Using on Web 2.0 properties is actually the preferred option. Those sites have a lot of PR and trust in Google ...
