Hi,

I am working on my site from last 20 days but could not get any good traffic, even performing all techniques like blog commenting, forum posting,book marking,press release etc. Give me some unique suggestions.

    Where are you ranking for your primary keywords? Page 1 is nice, but the real traffic is in the top 3 rankings.

      One of my KW is on 33 has 22000 serches exact,and one is on 7th# has 1600 searches exact.

        There's part of your answer right there. 7th spot in google is going to get roughly 2% of the clicks. 2% of 1600 = 32. Spread that out over a month and, well...you get the idea. It's not going to always be this exact, but you get the idea.

        And the #33 likely isn't getting you hardly anything either. Page 4 is about as helpful for traffic as Page 40.

        If you want search engine traffic, you're gonna need to improve your SEO.

    Hey Hein!
    Can you tell me a little more about your site, give me the web address so I can take a look?
    Is it in a well established, high traffic market?
    There are so many variables to take into account to get traffic that most people aren't even aware of, it's not always just all the regular stuff you read online that determines your traffic. so many places don't give you the whole picture of whats needed to generate traffic to your site.

    If you can give me more info. I will be happy to help ya!

      Currently my ranking is not very good, I am working on few KW but not getting good results, it is about affiliate marketing site with PR2 and 7 years old domain.

      nearly 60 to 70 visitors per day. some time reaches 100 visitors.But one month ago it has more than 200 visitors.

    You site is very young and takes time to appear good in the Google search results. What you may want to do is keep working on it slowly and gradually with your anchor text keywords and then after a few months you may see some results.

    If you haven't added a blog you might want to do that and post twice a week to it using longtail phrases in the titles. If you can tie in some posts to any news items that can be useful as well.

    Get someone to do research on your keywords and the ones you want to rank for. Make sure that you use keywords that are searched for by a large number of users. If you select ****ty keywords then no one will search them and you will have no benefit even if you show up on the first page. So keywords selection is a real important part before you start anything and pay the proper attention and dedicate the right amount of time before you go further.
