Embedding Videos on MFA Sites?

As I mentioned in my first post, I'm very new to IM so I apologize in advance if this is a newbie question.

In my first few months doing IM I've mainly focused on building MFA sites. The advice I've followed up to this point (and it seems sound) is that you don't want to add too much to an MFA site that will draw visitors away from clicking on the ads. I've stuck to this by doing little more than adding my posts, and placing the occasional photo on the main post and other kw pages.

Lately, however, while doing kw research to find that next lucrative niche, I've come across several, high-ranking, obvious MFA sites that have quite a few videos embedded on them.

My question is, have any of you done this with your MFA sites and, if so what are the benefits? Off the top of my head I would guess that they dramatically improve visitors avg. time on site, and reduce bounce rate (both of which seem to have at least some bearing on SEO).

I'm wondering, do they have any measurable effect (either increase or decrease) on CTR though?

I'm thinking of trying this out, but I'm curious to hear what others' experiences have been with using video content on your money site for MFA pages.
