using Excel to manage SERPS for multiple keywords/sites

I've got a client who has me creating, managing & promoting 30 sites all for similar keywords in the plumbing industry. I've got the RankTracker tool to try and manage these sties but it is a site by site basis that I have to manually copy into Excel and create advanced Pivot Tables, etc.. Is there a better solution using Excel to anyone's knowledge? Here is a recent gig request I posted on fiverr asking for help.
"i've got a excel file that has a list of my websites and keywords (approx. 30 sites and 100 keywords). What i need is for a tool or someone to provide me the data that goes to google for each keyword then references each website (1 keyword can be for all sites) and brings back the Google SERP rank for that keyword and site combination. So keyword1 might be position #25 in Google for site#1 but might be position #5 for Site#2. It needs to run through each site before moving on to keyword#2. Is that something you can do? I'm assuming this is more than $5 and am okay with that. Even a custom solution if necessary or many gigs. Just wanting your feedback on this. Thanks."
Fellow Warriors do you know of a tool that tracks keywords and lots of them easily?

Thanks, Derek
