Backlinks - FB/YouTube

I have a couple of questions about backlinks.

1. Has anyone here got a backlink from their YouTube profile indexed? As far as I know this is a dofollow backlink. I've pinged profiles, but I never see these links indexed.

2. Does putting a link in your Facebook fan page in the Info section count as a backlink? If so, is this backlink good quality or not that good?

    I have never checked the backlink from youtube and FB and I also hope somebody can help answer this.....

      I believe youtube is nofollow. Least it was last
      time I checked. Including profile. If they changed,
      let me know. Don't bother. Just looked at the code
      rel=\"nofollow\"

      Facebook links are a non issue as well.
